When creating an account on AutoMart, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Vehicle Listings & Accuracy
Sellers are strictly responsible for ensuring all listed vehicle specs, pricing, mileage, VIN data, and images are accurate and free from deceptive information. AutoMart reserves the right to remove any non-compliant listings immediately.
4. Limitation of Liability
AutoMart operates as a venue connecting independent buyers and verified sellers. AutoMart is not a party to direct sale contracts or financial agreements entered between users and third-party sellers.
5. Intellectual Property
All design graphics, software code, logos, trademarks, and content displayed on AutoMart are owned by or licensed to AutoMart Inc. and protected under applicable copyright laws.
